It is TLC in my opinion. However, if you are talented, I am sure you can fix it up very nicely and not have to pay $200 for a nice one. There are multiple scrapes to the paint. There is one split as shown that needs to be glued with wood glue. I was going to fix it up for the granddaughter, but now she is out of the doll phase. I have started it at the price I paid, so hopefully someone can fix it up nice. The decals look pretty good to me, with only light scratches.
