I have left her as I found her. I brushed the ponytails and I do not see any missing hair. This doll is in very good condition. Her eyelashes are full, her eyes work nicely, her arms hold a pose, she stands by herself. She could use a light cleaning, but overall a wonderful doll. I charge actual costs for shipping.
